Payment Options
The costs payable to Caldwell Security (CSC) for assisting with either, or both, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Applications Form LP1F (for Financial Decisions) and LP1H (for Health and Care Decisions) are only £50, (plus any additional printing, or postage costs) providing the Attorneys and Witnesses are the same for both Applications.
The Final Version of the Applications being posted to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), with an £82 fee payable by the Applicant directly to the Government per Application.
CSC can offer a number of payment options, such as using a PayPal Account as described below. Alternatively, Customers can pay by a Credit or Debit Card by providing their e-mail, or text details, in the Contact Form below and CSC can send a secure one-time link for the Customer to input their Credit/Debit Card details and make their payment. Otherwise, the Customer can request CSC to send a secure NatWest Link, by e-mail, or text, to enable a direct payment by Bank Transfer.

For using PayPal please select the appropriate Product from the List below and ‘Add to the Cart’ and then once completed use the link at the top of the Page (basket symbol) to make your secure payment to CSC using a PayPal Account.
