Jon Caldwell has been a Police Officer with Hertfordshire Constabulary for over 34 years, and then on retirement he worked for 9 years with Highways England, and a further 3 years as Head of Security and Resilience for the M25 Motorway Network. Jon has developed a lifetime worth of experience in the many methods criminals use to exploit weaknesses in security, in committing burglaries on homes and businesses, thefts of vehicles and a wide variety of scams. Jon says:
